Graphics: 7/10
The graphics in the game aren't over the top, but it's apparent that a lot of effort was put into them and they get the job done.
Sound: 9/10
The sound effects sound natural and really help to immerse you in the game, and MaestroRage's music has an "epic" feel to it that really puts you in the mood for blood.
Gameplay: 7/10
The game runs smoothly and the controls are responsive. I loved how each fight was unique; you had to figure out a style for each monster and attack them accordingly, while also trying to kill them as fast as possible before different monsters showed up to complicate things.
Story: 7/10
The story in the beginning is like any medieval fantasy; The princess has been captured and you go on a quest to save her, battling through waves of monsters, et cetera. The redeeming quality was the surprise twist at the end.
Overall: 9/10
This game is a refreshing way to kill 30 minutes and left me feeling strangely optimistic at the end.

I liked how you 'censored' Wario's and Mario's unmentionables with their bulging stomachs, very tasteful.

The game alone was fair, but there were a few glaring problems that ruined it.
-The story has no back button, forcing you to close and reload the game to return to the menu.
- When you die in the game and start over, a new music track begins with the old one in play, resulting in multiple tracks by the time you get to the end. You should either keep the running track or end it and start the new one, but don't just keep the old and the new.
-On the break window decision screen, all of the decisions lead to the same death, a button on the other side of the window. you should change up the deaths so that they are varied, or at least cut it to one window.
-On the break window decision screen, the 'rear window' choice repeats.
-Overall the graphics were poor, the game being text only is no excuse for lack of effort. Try using a black background and using white courier new text, and have some sort of graphic for the title screen, even it's an ASCII graphic.
Overall the game was short and not very good, but if you polish the flaws and tweak the graphics, you potentially could have a good game.

This is a great "greasy sweet" remix that was identical enough to bring back memories yet different enough for me to pay attention, and not zone out like i usually do.
